When you get your macarons, they should be placed in the fridge and eaten within 7 days of delivery. If you want to keep them longer, they can be stored in your freezer, which will be good for a month or more! When eating them, we recommend letting them sit at room temperature for around 10 minutes.

Shipments will be delivered between 3 business days and 7 business days. While we do our best to ship fresh products, it depends on the carrier. Many factors, such as weather, volume, etc, can affect transit time.
Amélie’s is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and relabeling for UPS. Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries if the business is closed or the recipient cannot receive the package when delivered. UPS may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver. Estimated delivery timelines do not consider unexpected weather delays, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.

Amélie's is pleased to offer gluten-free French macarons. However, not all of our products are gluten-free. We have processes in place to minimize cross-contamination, but cross-contamination may occur. All French macarons are made with almond flour. We are not a nut-free facility.
