sourdoughhh

Bread Storage and Longevity
Our breads have no conditioners, preservatives, or additives. If you want to preserve the crispness of the sourdough’s crust, store them in a paper bag, but they will become stale within a day or two and are best eaten on the same day they are made.

If you want to preserve them for over a day, wrap the loaf in plastic wrap. And either freeze or store in a cool, dry area. You can freeze bread sliced or unsliced. If you have a frozen, unsliced loaf and want to thaw it, pull it from the freezer at least 2 to 3 hours before using it.

Do not accelerate the thawing by putting it into an oven or microwave. This will cause the loaf to dry out.To rejuvenate the whole loaf, preheat the oven to 400F, and depending on the size, bake for 15 to 30 minutes.
